We work with insurance companies: notify your insurance agency that you will be leaving the car at MGM Auto Repair & Body Shop, and once the vehicle is in our facility we will be in contact with them and handle matters pertaining to the incident from that point forward.
Bring the vehicle in for the most accurate estimate. If that's problematic, we can provide a rough estimate by email with detailed pictures of the damage and the VIN — best suited to minor accidents, based on outer appearance only.

Can you provide body estimates over the phone or through email?+
We encourage customers to bring the vehicle in for the most accurate estimate; however, we can provide a rough estimate through email — send detailed pictures of the damage plus the VIN to John@mgmautorepair.com. This works best with minor accidents; extensive damage may require an in-person evaluation. Email estimates are based on outer appearance only and can differ after a physical evaluation.
Does your firm work with insurance companies?+
Absolutely. Notify the involved insurance agency that you will be leaving the car at MGM Auto Repair & Body Shop. Once the vehicle is in our facility, we will contact your insurance agency and take care of all matters pertaining to the incident.
Do you offer loaner cars during repairs?+
We currently do not offer loaner cars. We will gladly provide transportation to a nearby rent-a-car facility, and we can schedule repairs to minimize your time without the vehicle.
Do you provide towing?+
We do not currently offer a towing service, though we will gladly refer you to qualified and respectable tow agents at your request.
Do you do detailing and body kits?+
Yes — vehicle detailing and body kits are listed shop services alongside body repairs, collision repairs and automotive painting.
Is there a fee for a body estimate?+
We provide free estimates to customers at our facility.
