We use a combination of either OEM or aftermarket equipment. When available, we provide customers various options along with our honest recommendation. Aftermarket parts come from reputable sources with comparable or exceeding quality.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?+
Yes, nearly all of our repairs come with a warranty — usually 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever comes first) on equipment and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by repair and parts.
Does your firm price match with competitors?+
We work hard to keep prices low for the quality we offer. If a competitor provides a lower quote, we will often match and potentially beat their price, given a legitimate detailed written quote from a reputable firm. Price matching applies to similar work and materials at our discretion.
Do you replace clutches, radiators or complete engines?+
Yes. Clutch replacement, radiator replacement and engine or transmission swaps are all services we perform. Describe the vehicle and the concern in your request.
Can I drop off the vehicle outside business hours?+
If you are unable to drop off or pick up during normal business hours, contact us and we will gladly accommodate an after-hour drop off or pick up.
